By accessing or using our website and services at www.sensywoo.com, you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Sensywoo platform, tools, and all related services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Eligibility

By using Sensywoo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing Sensywoo on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Sensywoo provides a cloud-based WhatsApp marketing and automation platform that enables businesses to broadcast messages, manage customer communication, and automate conversations through WhatsApp Business APIs. The platform may include additional tools such as chatbot flows, analytics dashboards, integrations, and campaign management features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance or updates. Sensywoo will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and business details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

If Sensywoo detects any unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or violation of our policies, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice.

4. Use of the WhatsApp Business API

Sensywoo operates in compliance with WhatsApp Business API guidelines provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. By using our services, you agree to follow WhatsApp’s policies, including restrictions on spam, bulk messaging, or unsolicited promotional messages.

You acknowledge that Sensywoo is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp Inc. and acts only as a service provider for WhatsApp Business API integration. Any suspension or restriction imposed by WhatsApp due to violation of its terms will not be the responsibility of Sensywoo.

5. Subscription, Payment, and Renewal

Users may access Sensywoo services through free trials or paid subscription plans. All pricing details are available on our website. By purchasing a plan, you authorize Sensywoo to charge your chosen payment method for the agreed subscription fee.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. If you wish to cancel, you can do so from your dashboard or by contacting help@sensywoo.com.

All payments made to Sensywoo are non-refundable, except under specific conditions outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as WhatsApp Conversation Credits, chatbot development, API setup, and add-ons, are non-refundable due to the immediate costs incurred in providing them. Users are encouraged to utilize the free trial before subscribing to any paid plan.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Sensywoo only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading practices

  • Interfere with platform functionality or compromise security

  • Attempt to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell Sensywoo’s code or infrastructure

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, software, source code, and platform features belong exclusively to Sensywoo Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the platform for business purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without written consent from Sensywoo.

9. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Sensywoo, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sensywoo strives to provide uninterrupted, secure, and reliable services, but we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or available at all times. In no event shall Sensywoo, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform.

11. Termination
