This Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to maintain transparency and fairness, ensuring that every Sensywoo customer feels secure in their transactions while also protecting the company from potential misuse of the refund process.
1. Trial Period
Sensywoo offers a 14-day free trial for all new users, allowing them to explore the Basic Plan features along with a trial of chatbot automation tools. No credit card is required to start the trial, and users are not charged during this period. The trial is intended to help users fully understand Sensywoo’s capabilities before making any financial commitment.
2. Subscription Services
Once the free trial period ends, users may choose to subscribe to one of Sensywoo’s paid plans. After a paid subscription begins, refunds are not eligible under any circumstance. The free trial is provided specifically to help users evaluate the platform and make an informed decision. If at any point during the trial a user feels the service does not meet their expectations, they can cancel before the trial ends, ensuring no charges are applied. Users who continue to a paid plan may cancel anytime to prevent future renewals, but payments already made are non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Services
All Sensywoo services, including plan subscriptions, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), add-ons, chatbot development, API setup, or any other third-party integrations, are strictly non-refundable. These services incur operational costs for Sensywoo immediately upon activation, and therefore, cannot be reversed once purchased. One-time setup fees, chatbot customization, or integration charges are also non-refundable.
4. Technical Issues
In rare cases where continuous technical issues prevent a user from effectively using the platform — and such issues are verified by Sensywoo’s technical support team — a partial or full refund may be granted at Sensywoo’s sole discretion. Each case will be individually reviewed based on the nature and duration of the issue.
5. Unauthorized Charges
If any unauthorized or fraudulent charges appear on a user’s account, they should immediately contact Sensywoo’s support team at help@sensywoo.com. Once the claim is investigated and verified as legitimate, Sensywoo will issue a full refund for the unauthorized transaction.
6. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that users will not receive refunds for any remaining days or unused credits in their active billing period. In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be considered after a detailed review by our support team.
7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund or report a billing issue, users must send an email to help@sensywoo.com with transaction details, payment date, and a clear explanation of the reason for the request. Each request will be carefully reviewed, and users will be informed of the decision within 7–10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on the user’s bank or payment gateway.
